Placing an order

When you want to place an order please telephone us on (01974) 831471 or email us (up to 9pm Mondays to Saturdays) to check that the items that you want are still available. At the same time you can also check that their prices have not changed and find out what the postage and packing charge will be. You can use the order form to send an order by post.
Please note that there is a minimum postage and packing charge of £5.00.

Please make your cheque payable to I. R. Poyser. Do NOT send cash through the post, unless you use the Post Office Special Delivery. We cannot guarantee safe delivery to you, unless we are posting your order to your HOME address. If you ask us to post items to another address (to your place of work, or to a neighbour) we regret that you will have to bear the loss if the items do not arrive or if they are damaged.

We always try to post goods within a day of our receiving the order, but please allow 28 days for the delivery of items that are in stock. Items that we have to make for you may take longer. Our terms of trade are payment in full, please, with your order. We are not registered for v.a.t. so do not add it to the cost of your order. The prices quoted are for our domestic customers.

Orders from educational and scientific establishments may incur additional administrative charges.
